The Game: Veni vedi vici! Well, Gents 1 wished it was as easy as abc playing
Twente Buzzards.
The well-oiled machine from Hengelo consists of players that trained and
competed together from their childhood.
I first noticed old veteran Keoma-jaoquim, also played for Arriba back in the
gold age and is back in his old friends. Buzzards also happened to beat Scylla

Last Saturday it was the final chance for H2 to grab a win in 2017. After a gruesome period with loss after loss it was time to fight for the points. Before, the D1 obliterated the opponent with 107-7. Standards were high for this game day.

Super Saturday’s last game of the night was Gents 3’s time to shine. Playing against The Jugglers 4, the second team in the standings, it was again going to be a difficult game, playing the leading team the match before

Not many point were made during the first quarter of the game. Some missed free throws from both teams and a bit of careless ball handling meant that the quarter ended with only eight points for both teams. Read more.

Going to Vriezenveen is an experience on its own, not even a bus can reach the Stamper. When we finally arrived, with 3 cars and some people that were picked up at the station. This time, Gents 3 had to break 3 at home in the wooden hall against the number 1 in the competition. The match started strong for the Risne Stars and they got ahead with a couple of points. 11th of November we had the first game against Kikkers (Frogs) of this season. Last year we won all the games against them, but it was always difficult. So we were all a bit nervous.
